1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jigri, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Jigri is a platform that connects property owners, tenants, and service providers. We facilitate:

  • Property listings and tenant discovery
  • Rental agreement management
  • Rent collection and payout
  • Maintenance ticket management
  • Construction project management

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Complete KYC verification as required
  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Not harass or abuse other users
  • Use the platform for legitimate purposes only

4. Fees and Payments

  • Rent management: 10% commission on collected rent
  • Maintenance jobs: 12% commission on job cost
  • Construction projects: 6% platform fee
  • Material supply: Additional 8% margin when Jigri supplies materials

Fees are deducted automatically before payout to the receiving party.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jigri acts as a platform connecting parties. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of properties or services
  • Actions of users outside the platform
  • Disputes that cannot be resolved through our process
  • Material quality when owner supplies materials

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first be reported through the Jigri platform. We will attempt to mediate. If resolution is not possible, parties may pursue legal remedies.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies. Users may also delete their accounts, subject to completion of active contracts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
